Casa Sol y Playa is a first-floor one-bedroom apartment in a quiet gated complex in Playa Honda. The balcony faces south, which means sun from morning to evening and a clear view over the pool to the sea beyond.
Walk out of the complex gate and you're on the promenade in under a minute. Playa La Concha — a calm, uncrowded sandy beach — is 100 metres away. The Deiland shopping centre, with a large supermarket, is a 5-minute walk in the other direction.
The apartment sleeps two. It's been set up for guests who want to feel at home: a proper kitchen, a comfortable sofa, a good bed, and everything you need without the clutter. You don't need a car to get to the beach, the supermarket, or a good restaurant.

The beach
Playa La Concha — 100 metres from the gate.
Playa La Concha is a calm, quiet beach in a residential area — not a tourist hotspot with rows of hire loungers and beach bars. The water is generally calm and good for swimming. You'll share it mostly with locals and a handful of guests staying nearby.
There are no beach services (no sunlounger hire, no beach bar, no lifeguard) — bring your own towel, water, and sunscreen. The promenade runs directly alongside the beach all the way towards Arrecife to the north and Puerto del Carmen to the south — flat, walkable, good for cycling.

Very nice apartment in a very nice location!
"Recently stayed at Casa Sol y Playa and I was very satisfied. Very good location, easy to get to other parts of the island — there is a taxi rank not far, also a big shopping mall nearby. Being close to the airport wasn't bad at all either. The apartment was very nice and clean with a great view from the balcony! Neighbours were nice and helpful, so was the host! Would definitely recommend staying here."

Playa Honda is a relaxed residential town on the east coast of Lanzarote, a few kilometres south of Arrecife. It's about as far from a resort complex as you can get while still being in a proper town — real shops, real restaurants, local life.
Lanzarote Airport is just 5 km away — roughly 10 minutes by taxi. You don't need a car for day-to-day life here, but one is worth hiring if you want to explore the island. Book with CICAR — they're the reliable local company — and book early, especially in high season. They sell out.
