Booking & cancellation

What is the cancellation policy?
Full refund if you cancel 30 days or more before your arrival date. No refund for cancellations less than 30 days before arrival.
How do I book direct?
Use the booking widget on our Book Direct page. It shows live availability and lets you book with a card. Alternatively, contact us by email or WhatsApp and we can arrange a direct booking.
What is the minimum stay?
The minimum stay varies by season — typically 3–4 nights in low season and 7 nights during peak periods (Christmas, Easter, July–August). The booking calendar will show the applicable minimum for your dates.
Do you accept last-minute bookings?
Yes — subject to availability. If the calendar shows the dates as open, you can book them.

Check-in & check-out

What time is check-in?
Check-in is from 15:00. Early check-in may be possible depending on the previous booking — request it at the time of booking and the owner will confirm.
What time is check-out?
Check-out is by 11:00. Late check-out may be possible depending on the next booking — request it and we'll do what we can.
How does contactless check-in work?
The apartment has an electronic door lock. Your unique code and full arrival instructions are sent before your arrival date. You don't need to wait for anyone or collect a key — just follow the instructions and let yourself in.
Do I need to meet anyone on arrival?
No. Check-in is fully contactless. You'll receive the door code and all instructions before you arrive.

The apartment

How many people can stay?
Maximum 2 guests. The apartment has one double bedroom.
Is there air conditioning?
Air conditioning and heating are both available in the apartment. They are available as optional paid supplements — not included in the base rate. Let us know at booking if you'd like to add them.
Is there a washing machine?
Yes — the apartment has a washing machine. Washing powder is not provided.
Is the kitchen fully equipped?
Yes — the kitchen has a cooker, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, kettle, toaster, and all the basic utensils and crockery. You can cook full meals without difficulty.
Is there a TV?
Yes — flat-screen TV with international satellite channels (including English, German, and Spanish channels).
Are towels and linen provided?
Yes — bed linen and bath towels are provided. Beach towels are not provided — bring your own.

Facilities & location

Is there parking?
Yes — free street parking directly outside the complex. No booking required.
Is the pool always open?
The shared pool is typically open year-round. Community rules apply — it may occasionally be closed for maintenance.
How far is the beach?
Playa La Concha is 100 metres from the apartment — about a 2-minute walk.
How far is the airport?
Lanzarote Airport (ACE) is 5 km away — approximately 10 minutes by taxi (€10–12).
Do I need a car?
Not for daily life in Playa Honda. The beach, supermarket (HiperDino at Deiland), and several restaurants are all walkable. You'll need a car to explore the island — Timanfaya, Papagayo, Jameos del Agua. We recommend hiring from CICAR, and booking in advance.

House rules

Are pets allowed?
No. Pets are not permitted.
Is smoking allowed?
Smoking is permitted on the balcony only. Not inside the apartment.
Are parties or events allowed?
No. The apartment is in a residential building. Parties, events, and noise after 22:00 are not permitted.
